Filling Our Cups - Celebrating Workplace Diversity + Equality

Filling Our Cups is a photography project.

An encouraging, visual journal, we work to normalise equality and diversity in day to day society. In this journal we study, document and photograph everyday people doing life their own way – overcoming stereotypes, inequality and their own unconscious bias, and following their passions and interests.

We hope it will inspire you to do the same.

“Opinion is really the lowest form of human knowledge. It requires no accountability, no understanding. The highest form of knowledge… is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another’s world. It requires profound purpose larger than the self kind of understanding.”
— Bill Bullard
