  • We keep your information for seven years where payment information or for a client bookings that resulted in payment to us

  • We retain information for releases and licences in perpetuity

  • We retain contact details for two years after your last communication with us unless your communications were in relation to a booking

  • We keep copies of released images for marketing activities in perpetuity

  • After these timeframes we will securely destroy / delete any personal data held about you
